However, if for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, we request you to review our return policy mentioned below.

General Return Terms

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted

  • Cancel – Available only for orders under “Processing”
  •  Return – Available within 7 days of delivery  
  • Add a message for smoother processing

Eligible Return Cases

  • We accept returns in the following conditions:
  1.  You have received a wrong product, or
  2.  You have received a damaged/defective item, or
  3. Your shipment is incomplete (missing product)

Mandatory Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide the following within 24 hours of receiving the product:
  1. Unboxing Video (from start to end showing package condition)
  2.  Photos of the received product (from multiple angles showing any damage or issue)
  3.  Photo of the package’s outer cover
  4.  Image of the shipping label
  • These proofs must be clear and sent to our WhatsApp support at +91 7483817424  This helps us verify your concern and speed up the resolution.

Important Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Sarees that have fall/pico/edging done will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Customized or stitched items are non-returnable
  •  Items bought during clearance sales, festive offers, or  are non-refundable And not exchangeable
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Only one-time exchange or return is allowed per order.
  • In case of wrong or damaged product, return shipping will be covered by us

  • In cases where the return is for any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping

Modes of Return Support

  • We offer two ways to resolve eligible return cases:
  1. You can get a full refund of the product you don’t want if it is damaged or has a different colour or a wrong product is sent to you. We although suggest our customer to exchange the product with any other product in our site but if you still want to return than you can get refund within 7 business days once we receive and examine the product and it will be charged upto Rs.499 Per Product.
  2. A processing fee of up to Rs. 499 per returned product will be deducted for refunds. This does not apply to exchanges for wrong or defective items
  3. Product Exchange You can exchange the returned item for: A different design of the same price, or A higher-priced product (by paying the difference)

Order Cancellations

  •  Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Pre-paid orders canceled by the customer will incur acancellation fee based on the product value.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • After we receive your returned item, it will go through Quality Check (QC).
  • Once approved, we will process your credit/exchange accordingly.

  • Actual color, texture, or weaving details may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, and photo-shoot effects.
  • Accessories like jewelry, handbags, or props used in product images are not included unless mentioned explicitly in the product description.
